1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. Please take a moment to read these General and Online terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) to understand how they apply to you when donating via our Website/Online Platform, EFT, Direct Bank Deposit, or by any other means.
1.2. Your access and use of our online or other facilities constitutes your acceptance and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. ONLINE DONATIONS
2.1. The Online Donations Platform is available 24 (TWENTY FOUR) hours, 7 (SEVEN) days a week @
https://breastcarecentre.co.za/donate/.
2.2. To donate on our Website/Online Platform, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to email addresses, physical addresses, contact numbers and names. We accept no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of such information.
3. PRIVACY POLICY
Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”): By using our Website/Online Platform and/or donating, you accept our Terms & Conditions, and it is accepted that you grant consent for the use of the information provided by you such as but not limited to names, telephone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses etc. at the time of use; and that you accept the conditions of sub-paragraph 2.2. If you or any person or 3d (THIRD) party directly or indirectly involved or effected by your use of our Website/Online Platform and/or by making a donation do not grant consent, you will be required to not make use of our Website/Online Platform and/or are required not to make any donation. Further to compliance with the Act and your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions, Breasties For Life NPC’s Website/Online Platform and Donation’s page secures data by:
• All data is encrypted and rest on the database,
• All websites have SSL certificates and are accessed via secure protocols,
• All data is transferred over secure connections (HTTPS),
• All passwords (if applicable) are encrypted using bcrypt,
• We don’t do any direct marketing to “third-party customers” and we of course don’t sell or use our data in any malicious way.
• If anyone requests the deletion of their data, we shall comply within the “reasonable time” the Act specifies.
4. OUR SERVICE & ALLOCATION OF DONATIONS
4.1. Breasties For Life NPC relies on donations. Such donations are distributed by the Board of Directors to assist in the treatment of Breast Cancer.
4.2. The Board of Directors reserve the right to distribute and allocate monies received from donations, or any other income, as they decide from time to time as directed by the Breasties For Life Mandate.
4.3. The provision of information during the Website/Online Platform usage process will constitute the User’s consent to such information being processed and stored by us for the specific purpose for which such information was requested.
5. CONTENT ERRORS
All thought we strive to be as accurate as possible in all information we provide and/or make public; Breasties For Life NPC accepts no responsibility for any content errors
6. DONATION AMOUNTS
There is no maximum limit to any donation, however, a minimum of R100.00 (ONE HUNDRED SOUTH AFRICAN RANDS) is a minimum donation.
7. PAYMENT
7.1. When you make a donation to us, legal obligations arise and your right to receive a refund are limited by these Terms and Conditions. You must not make any donation via our Website/Online Platform or any other means unless you understand and agree to all our Terms and Conditions as set out herein. Once your donation has been made, it is deemed that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions relating to such donation. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any donation.
7.2. Breasties For Life NPC is in the process of applying for a SARS Article 18A.

Breasties For Life NPC shall not be held liable for any damage, whether perceived or not, caused because of any donation made.
